We have a broad range of experience across fire, suppression, security and voice systems. As an independent company we’re not tied to a single manufacturer or product range. This means we can offer you impartial advice on all of your systems, and provide recommendations and guidance on replacement and new systems. We’ll always advise what’s right for you.
We can survey your systems and carry out dilapidation reports, lifecycle reports, compliance surveys and special inspections (as defined under BS5839-1). Our engineers and staff have hands-on experience, so they can look for technical and practical solutions. In many cases we can give you advice on altering or migrating your existing system, allowing you to retain parts of it. This removes the need for a full replacement, therefore minimising disruption and costs.
We carry out thorough maintenance regimes as per the relevant British Standards. In addition, we can provide high levels of testing and reporting of your systems, on top of what’s covered by the standards. Examples include decibel tests on existing fire alarm systems; in-depth cause and effect (C&E) testing; pneumatic testing of pilot lines on gas extinguishing systems; database audits; and software updates on your access control system.
With Senseco as your trusted partner, you’ll receive advice that will ensure you’re compliant, your systems are working at their peak, and you can budget for replacements when they’re needed.
