Sales and Marketing

We have a very experienced sales and marketing team with expertise covering our wide range of systems and services.  Many of the team have previously worked for system manufacturers and in a wide variety of roles in the industry to give us the breadth and depth of knowledge.  Whether you are looking for a system upgrade / migration, a new installation or service and maintenance of your existing system, we have the dedicated team members to help you.

We will carry out site surveys, produce designs and specifications with our design and estimating team and produce detailed quotations to ensure you get impartial advice and a proposal for the system or service that you need.


Service and Maintenance

At Senseco Systems, service and maintenance is a primary part of our business. It is our dedication to detail and commitment to providing an unrivalled level of customer service and technical competence that ensures your full and continued satisfaction.

Our Service Desk Account Coordinators (Portfolio Owners) give you a single point of contact for all of your day to day service needs from scheduling in planned maintenance to booking in remedial works.  The team is backed by a very experienced management and support team with both customer service and technical background to ensure we deliver a service which is second to none.

Our engineers are vastly experienced with knowledge across the team to support almost any system on the market.  We have specialist engineers for different disciplines along with multi-skilled engineers to ensure we can offer solutions for different types of contracts and systems.  Our engineers are trained on the latest systems and standards to ensure competence and experience at all levels.

We’re just a phone call away 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.


Projects

We have a dedicated teams to carry out everything from major projects over £1M through to small fit-outs and amendments to existing systems, such as adding or moving a device.

A key part of our success is our experienced team. The project managers will provide you with a single point of contact, informing you of progress while managing the teams on site. The installation and commissioning engineers have a vast array of knowledge and experience on a wide range of systems and working in different environments.

We have a “can do” attitude to ensure projects are delivered successfully to your satisfaction, no matter how large or small.


Head Office Team

Our Senseco head office team provide vital services to ensure the smooth running of our business.  Our HR team ensure we have the right candidates to fill the many new opportunities we have within the business whilst ensuring our staff have opportunities to develop and perform to their best potential.

The accounts team have the important job of keeping the company’s finances in order dealing with suppliers, clients and internal costs and accounting functions.  We are a very financially secure, independant company which is a credit to the team.

Somerset House

Somerset House is a heritage property dating back to 1547 in the heart of London. Although it is well known for it’s outdoor skating rink at Christmas and open air concerts in the summer, it has many other uses and accommodates many other tenants. It hosts the UK’s largest creative community working globally across art, technology, business and social enterprise.

The South Wing of Somerset House had a mix of hard wired fire detection system, an obsolete radio / wireless fire detection system and many aspiration systems, most no longeroperational. The project was to replace all of the systems in the South Wing with a single fire detection system for all areas and provide graphical representation of this wing and two other wings with legacy systems on a single graphics platform.

This was all to be carried out within a listed building with mixed use and different tenants with minimal disruption to day to day operations.

Castle Mall

Located in the centre of Norwich City, Castle Mall shopping centre comprises of 60 stores and food outlets, across five levels of retail and leisure, including an 8-screen Vue cinema. The centre also boasts a 790 space multi-storey car park.

The fire detection and alarm system installed in the shopping centre was a Honeywell FC90 system, which was closed protocol and had reached the end of its working life. A replacement system was therefore needed to provide a modern supportable system for the shopping centre.

This is a working shopping centre so minimal disruption to the operation of the shopping centre, retailers and shoppers was of paramount importance.

Uniper Enfield

Uniper’s portfolio combines large-scale power generation and management of energy supply chains. Uniper’s former parent company was E.ON, who now focus on the new energy world.

Uniper Power Station in Enfield had fire, suppression and voice alarm systems that had reached the end of their serviceable life.  They needed modern control equipment which would combine controls for different extinguishing systems into a centralised control station.  The extinguishing systems themselves also needed replacing or updating.

Senseco were chosen to provide a bespoke solution providing controls and upgrades for gas extinguishing, water mist and deluge systems along with a replacement voice alarm rack.  Our power station expertise and ability to provide flexible, custom built solutions to meet Uniper’s needs were key to the project.
